Chasing Lions is a memoir from when I became an overland expedition leader with Dragoman.

Joining in 1988 as someone with absolutely no idea about diesel mechanics or building trucks, let alone leading groups of adventurers across the Middle East or Africa, my 55,000-mile journey changed me from being a shy mouse with a tendency to be mugged, to a lion who found her roar.
